04/92-07/97 | US Army |
Counter Intelligence Special Agent (97)
Work Center Supervisor (75F)
As a Counter Intelligence Special Agent
(97B) duties included PSYOP (Philological Warfare Operations) and interrogations. As a Systems Engineer/Work Center Supervisor (75F) duties included assisting in the development, supervising and revising specs for a team of 20 SIDPERS developers. SIDPERS-3 provides and maintains the Personnel Management Information System for the active duty Army. SPIDPERS-3 was developed in C++ and tested in several UNIX environments. This was necessary for Y2K compliance and transition of a paper to paperless environment by developing bar coded ID cards that will hold all soldier records. Worked in numerous projects with DoD security agencies in order to learn their encryption and algorithms structures; this was for future development of numerous encryption software utilizing state of the art encryption algorithms. |
